About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Gardener or Landscaper to join our team in maintaining and enhancing gardens across Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and a well-presented appearance. Essential experience includes garden maintenance or prior landscaping knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily gardening tasks including hedging, mowing, whipper snipping, and garden improvements
  • Planting, mulching, pest & disease control, fertilising, and irrigation installations
  • Soil cultivation and other related duties as required

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Prior experience as a gardener and/or landscaper
  • A positive, team-oriented nature
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical fitness and enjoyment of working outdoors
  • Plant and equipment usage experience
  • A good understanding of Work Health and Safety procedures
