Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled horticulturist or experienced gardener to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our gardening crew, you will be responsible for maintaining gardens through mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, irrigation management, and planting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality garden appearance through regular maintenance activities
  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Liaise with clients to meet their needs and expectations
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification (Horticulture certificate III or similar)
  • Previous gardening experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of plant and equipment usage
  • Hardworking, reliable, and punctual individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Valid working visa
