Nurse (RN)
">As a skilled Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading healthcare teams in delivering exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on assessing patients' clinical needs, developing and implementing effective nursing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports, records, and documentation of patient care activities.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor them for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information, vital signs, and symptoms or changes in their conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience is required, along with an Associate's Degree in Nursing. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. You should also possess excellent verbal and communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of medical terminology.
