The clinic consists of a large companion animal hospital and an equine hospital, equipped with modern facilities including digital radiography, in-house laboratory, dental equipment, endoscopes, ultrasound, and orthopaedic tools. We also have a nearby branch clinic in Dalyellup.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to take on a clinical leadership role at our Bunbury clinic. As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with our Clinic Coordinator and Business Team to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated vet looking to progress their career and develop leadership skills. You will be supported by our industry-leading training program and mentorship opportunities.
About the Position:
- Manage and supervise veterinary associates, graduates, and nursing staff
- Deliver high-quality patient care and services according to Apiam's standards
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve clinic goals
- Participate in mentoring new graduates through our graduate development program
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in a companion animal clinic
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
