Fur Life Vet Bunbury, a leading veterinary clinic in regional Western Australia, is part of the expanding Apiam Animal Health group. As a Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a vital role in our team's success.
We are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and excellent service to our clients. Our state-of-the-art hospital in Bunbury features modern equipment, including DR radiography, in-house laboratory, and endoscopes. We also have a nearby branch clinic in Dalyellup.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced veterinarian with at least 5 years of experience in a companion animal clinic. They will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for mentoring, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
**Salary and Benefits: **
We offer a highly competitive salary package, ranging from $140,000 to $160,000+ per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a generous benefits package, including:

**Job Description:**
As Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, working closely with our Clinic Coordinator and Business Team. You will also be a member of our management team, responsible for the professional management of all clinical operations.
You will supervise and train veterinary associates, graduates, and nursing staff, and deliver high-quality veterinary services to patients and clients according to Apiam's standards of care.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
We require an experienced veterinarian with at least 5 years of experience in a companion animal clinic. Strong leadership skills, a passion for mentoring, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment are essential.
You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
