Global Touring is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, managing communication channels, and assisting with ad hoc reporting as directed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries within the targeted time frame, adhering to a 24-hour turnaround
  • Finalize all customer data and documentation prior to departure for our tours
  • Manage all communication channels as required, including phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting as directed by Team Leaders or the Customer Service Manager
  • Collaborate with the finance department to assist with finance reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized and efficient support
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members alike
