Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our organization by accurately and efficiently entering data into our database software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Prepare and sort documents for entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Error Resolution: Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further details for incomplete documents.
  • Backup Creation: Create data backups as part of a contingency plan.
  • Information Requests: Respond to requests for information in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent ITC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Organisation: Organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication: Strong communicator with a collaborative team approach.
