Job Title: Data Entry Support Specialist

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, communication with medical staff, and maintaining customer confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communication with medical staff, both onsite and off-site
  • Overseeing and prioritizing day-to-day workload distribution
  • Providing support backup, encouragement, and assistance to all Customer Care Members
  • Answering enquiries, coordinating courier and medical centre collections, pathology results assistance
  • Maintaining OSH standards and complying with Quality Assurance System
  • Promoting operational efficiency
  • General administration duties

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Punctual, reliable, and ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently
  • Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
  • Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation
  • Willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Attention to details and ability to perform sequential analysis
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong customer focus and general office skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
