Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to enhance a professional services firm's finance capabilities as a Business Finance Expert. You will be responsible for shaping and building the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with divisional leaders and contributing to strategic project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  • Work closely with divisional leaders on performance evaluation and improvement initiatives
  • Identify and execute revenue-generating and cost-reduction strategies
  • Assess current financial planning and analysis landscape and processes
  • Enhance reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence tools
  • Contribute to broader finance transformation programs

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering roles
  • Professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Digitally literate with hands-on exposure to reporting, budgeting, and BI platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders
