Key Responsibilities:

Job Description

Provide Technical Support: Offer expert technical assistance to customers and internal teams on various electronic equipment and application requirements.

Equipment Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including synchronisation, time and frequency technologies.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently, prioritising tasks and managing workload effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of test equipment, measurement devices, network design, security, and architecture in telecommunications, power, defence, or related sectors.
  • Software Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in MS-Office systems, including Windows, Cloud services, virtual IP telephony, and backup solutions.
  • Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in a similar environment; relevant technical qualification (e.g., Telco level 2/3 support experience) or Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
