Cloud Configuration Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to configure cloud-based solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in configuring complex software solutions, ideally to an enterprise client base.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive digital innovation by implementing cloud-based solutions that empower our customers.

  • Use customer data and business logic to map complex data into a cloud product to meet the client requirements.
  • Identify and work collaboratively with the supplier to resolve any data rules that do not directly translate into the cloud product.
  • Configure the cloud solution by using the clients' data and formulas.
  • Collaborate with the client to ensure the cloud configuration and data mapping has been correctly implemented.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant industry experience.
  • High proficiency using MS Excel.
  • Experience in configuring complex software solutions, ideally to an enterprise client base.
  • Strong verbal and written communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, OracleDB is strongly preferred.
