About this opportunity

Our company seeks a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This part-time position has the possibility of full-time work.

The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing and content strategies to take our business to the next level. The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and People in Culture Coordinator to execute and oversee social and internal marketing content while ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Main responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic marketing plan aligned with our goals.
  • Manage a content strategy that enhances brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage and optimize content for our website and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Create engaging content for our platforms.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as directed.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong experience in content creation planning and execution across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Innovative thinker who enjoys experimenting and thinking outside the box.
  • Attention to detail with a high standard of quality in all work.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for branding and values, with the ability to showcase our personality and mission through marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, adapting to the needs of a fast-paced environment.
