We are currently seeking a highly skilled Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a broad fleet of aircraft types and contribute to the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with industry regulations and best practices, while also maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

This role involves working closely with our highly skilled team to repair and maintain aircraft, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure maintenance performed on assigned aircraft is carried out to the highest possible standard in compliance with company policies and procedures and National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with the relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must hold current B1 or C license.
  • Completed MEA Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with workshop managers and other staff in a busy environment with strict deadlines.
  • An understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.
