About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for primary school-aged children in our care.

  • Assist the Director of Service in developing and implementing enriching programs that cater to the preferences of the children in your program.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality services that exceed industry standards by ensuring program compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community.
  • Provide a fun and engaging experience for the children in your care.
  • Opportunities to develop your coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
