Order Preparation Specialist

At our busy food establishment, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Order Preparation Specialist. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, preparing and cooking orders to meet customer requirements, operating cash registers and EFTPOS systems with accuracy, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service while working under pressure
- Prepare and cook orders to meet customer preferences
- Operate cash registers and payment systems with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support the ordering and inventory processes
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-pressure takeaway setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Fluency in English is essential
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays
This is a casual position, offering flexible rostering opportunities. As an Order Preparation Specialist, you can expect to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing your hours based on your availability.
