Physiotherapy Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to Defence Force personnel. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The physiotherapist will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments, treatments and rehabilitative services to patients. This will include developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, using electrotherapy modalities or hydrotherapy pools where required, and providing advice and recommendations to other health professionals.

  • Membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (desired)
  • Personal integrity and ethical behavior at the highest levels
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development activities by AHPRA
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
