About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Calvary Community Care in Launceston. As a member of our team, you will deliver high-quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience for them while at Calvary Community Care.

The successful candidate will provide support to our clients, collaborate with our Community Care team, and deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community. This role involves providing nursing services to clients within their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical/nursing duties to clients within their home environment
  • Liaise with the RN, Service Manager, and/or carers regarding clients' well-being and care plans
  • Complete reporting and administrative requirements for clients as necessary
What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate
  • Recent nursing/clinical experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course
  • Understanding and/or experience in providing nursing care in the disability, aged care, or community care sector
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Initiative and a desire to continually improve client care
  • Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes
  • Understanding of Home Care Packages and Veteran Affairs Community Nursing Guidelines
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive team environment
