About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our high-profile projects in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction phases, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Drive the design process from concept to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations, communicating project progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Construction Oversight: Conduct regular site visits, review documentation, and inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience (5-10+ years) in Australia, with demonstrated work on Class 2 or similar multi-residential projects.
  • Strong technical and documentation skills: construction detailing, ability to read, coordinate, and integrate consultant drawings.
  • Familiarity with NSW planning approvals, NCC, DBP Act, local council regulations.
