Job Overview

Our organization seeks a Field Inventory Analyst to provide support to various business units and field teams in managing consignment inventory across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate representation of consignment stock locations within SAP
  • Partner with supply chain/marketing teams to facilitate smooth transitions during phase-in/phase-out situations
  • Manage and mitigate obsolescence/expired stock impacts
  • Drive continued process improvements surrounding the consignment management process
  • Work closely with business units to establish optimal PAR levels
  • Conduct thorough analysis on field stock levels for optimization purposes
  • Perform physical inventory counts to maintain accuracy
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote best practices in inventory control and contribute to process improvement projects
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in inventory management or related field
  • Experience operating in customer-facing roles is highly valued
  • Flexibility to travel as required for the role (approximately 20-25% in Brisbane)
  • Proficiency in SAP is advantageous but not mandatory
