We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in delivering high-quality programs for children.

**Job Description**

You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children. This involves interacting with and effectively supervising the children while working as a team to deliver fun and educational programs. A key focus of this role is to acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs, and interests of each child, inspiring a culture of safety and safeguarding children in line with our values.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children;
  • Developing and implementing engaging programs that meet agreed standards;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals;
  • Responding to the needs of children in a timely and effective manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

No formal qualifications are required for this position, but experience working within the Fun Squad or long day care sector is desirable. You should also have the ability to respond to the needs of children to ensure high-quality programs meet agreed standards.
