Job Description

The role of Enterprise Solutions Architect provides senior-level solution leadership through consulting engagements. The position offers strategic advice by bringing subject matter expertise in the relevant industry, client engagements, and development of high-level and detailed designs.

This individual will play a key role in fostering executive-level relationships and employing ISVs and international teams as part of the overall services delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing solutions to meet customer requirements using best-of-breed technologies and methodologies.
  2. Translating business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW).
  3. Undertaking delivery engagement to provide advice, high-level and detailed designs.
  4. Assisting or providing quality oversight at various points throughout a project lifecycle.
  5. Developing solution proposals and cost models for projects, including software, support/maintenance, and services.
  6. Producing RFP responses.
  7. Working with the project delivery team as 'design authority' / technical escalation for projects.
  8. Providing proactive input for customer account plans and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • A university degree preferably in a related field.
  • At least 10+ years of ERP consulting experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.
  • Working knowledge of D365 Platform including D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services & Power BI.
  • Experience with at-least 3 large international end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Extensive pre-sales experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity with technology.
  • Building strong relationships with ISV partners.
  • Cost model development and effort estimation.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
