
Project Communication Specialist

Are you a leader who can drive positive outcomes through effective communication? As a Senior Project Engagement Advisor, you'll be instrumental in shaping the growth of our Customer and Stakeholder Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Providing expert advice on issues management, stakeholder engagement, and risk assessment to senior leaders and project teams.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including government representatives, community organisations, and ministerial staff.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies for high-risk infrastructure projects, including preparing media releases, newsletters, and speech notes.
- Coordinating community consultations, road openings, media events and other activities to support infrastructure delivery.
- Monitoring regional projects to identify emerging trends and communication risks.
- Preparing high-quality executive correspondence, reports, and briefing materials while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Leading a collaborative team, mentoring staff, and fostering professional development in communication and stakeholder engagement.
A degree in communications, public relations, journalism or marketing would be highly desirable. The preferred candidate will have proven experience in communications, PR, or related field, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and team management abilities.
