**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled risk management specialist to join our national team in Tasmania.

The ideal candidate will be a risk management expert with a growth mindset and strong technical understanding of risk management principles.

The role involves supporting and executing our national risk strategy, leading risk insurance placement for risk states, and executive leadership on key accounts across Tasmania and nationally.

The successful candidate will have a keen entrepreneurial spirit, a strong network in the risk insurance market, and excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

The position offers a range of challenges and opportunities for growth, including developing and leading strategies for growth and retention of larger accounts, chairing strategic forums, and managing crucial interfaces with client service support, claims, and global broking teams.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with clients to understand their risk management needs and develop tailored solutions to mitigate potential risks.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, with the ability to collect and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
