The Team

Capgemini is one of the world's largest and most experienced SAP systems integrators, partnering with over 17,800 practitioners and 40 years of experience. We support clients in implementing scalable solutions for Digital Core Transformation, Commerce, LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP, and SAP Innovation.

The Role

This position involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Banking to Capgemini clients, requiring strong client exposure. As a functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Cash and Banking, you will provide guidance on technical and functional aspects throughout the project or application lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Capgemini team to perform configuration, unit testing, and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within relevant process areas.

You will lead business process workshops, interact with clients to understand their needs, and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge. Additionally, you will work with business process owners, architects, and SMEs to develop To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.

This role offers flexibility, allowing it to be based out of any location in Australia.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 8+ years of experience in a similar SAP Finance Consultant role, including hands-on configuration. You should possess strong experience with Fixed Assets and in-depth subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Banking, understanding related SAP Finance modules, and banking integration points with other modules like Sales, Service, Procurement, and Project Systems.

Your background should include previous experience working on large-scale SAP Implementations, with at least three full end-to-end SAP Implementations including S/4 HANA experience (On Premise or Public Cloud). Experience with Agile implementation methods is also essential. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including documentation skills, are required. Strong stakeholder management skills are also necessary.
