About the Role

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and maximum returns on investment.

You will work closely with our Project Director to develop and implement project strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing various stages of design, planning, and delivery.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and other project partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills to motivate and engage team members.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project proposals to support strategic decision-making.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience using project management software and tools.
