Estimator Position in a Thriving Collision Repair Facility

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Estimator/Insurance Loss Adjuster to join our team at AMA Group Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes onsite, off-site, or online as required.
  • Process vehicles by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate suppliers to record and authorize additional work in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous collision repair industry experience is essential.
  • A strong commitment to working safely is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude are crucial.
  • High attention to detail and reliability are necessary.
