Family Law Professional

You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of matters across the full spectrum of family law, encompassing property and children's issues.

  • Leading the current team and strategizing future growth.
  • Providing expert advice on complex family law matters.
  • Drafting comprehensive advice, court documents, and correspondence to clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Attending client conferences, mediations, and trials.

You will have extensive experience in family law and possess the ability to mentor and lead lawyers within a team. You will also have post-admission experience as a Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or Partner in Family Law, and experience appearing and instructing Counsel on matters.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Substantial experience in family law, including property and children's matters.
  • The ability to mentor and lead lawyers within a team.
  • Post-admission experience as a Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or Partner in Family Law.
  • Experience appearing and instructing Counsel on matters.
