Senior Planner/Scheduler Opportunity

Hydro Tasmania is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner/Scheduler to lead the planning function across major projects, including the Tarraleah and Cethana projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and optimize timelines through advanced planning techniques.
  • Ensure alignment between schedules and budgets, and provide consistency across the program from a work breakdown structure perspective.
  • Oversee the development and application of consistent processes and standards for planning and scheduling.
  • Provide quality assurance and governance on contractor scheduling inputs and deliverables.
  • Manage progress, identify scheduling risks, and provide timely reporting on critical path activities.
Requirements:
  • Over 7 years of experience developing and managing project schedules for large, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Extensive expertise in Primavera P6, Deltek Risk, and Acumen Fuse.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling you to resolve scheduling conflicts and provide insightful project updates to senior stakeholders.
