Providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes is at the heart of our home health nursing service.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with each patient's unique needs
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Perform client assessments as necessary
  • Case management and coordination
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a tablet
