As a key player in the merchandising industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill a casual merchandiser role. This opportunity is ideal for those with a passion for retail and excellent communication skills.

Job Overview

This exciting position involves servicing valued customers across the Goulburn & Mittagong area, working on a flexible schedule of 12+ hours per week with an immediate start. You will be responsible for visiting Bunnings warehouses to merchandise and support our customers' range of products in-store, maximizing sales opportunities and fostering quality relationships with retail store personnel.

In this role, you will be tasked with ordering stock as required, replenishing stock, reporting missing stock when necessary, and tidying up the bay to ensure client products are presented neatly according to planogram. Additionally, you may be asked to take photos of bays as needed and participate in online surveys via software as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering and restocking shelves with products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Reporting discrepancies in inventory levels
  • Ensuring product displays are visually appealing and follow planogram guidelines
  • Taking photographs of store layouts for reference
  • Providing feedback through online surveys
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A background in merchandising or retail is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  • Detailed attention to accuracy, trustworthiness, and logical thinking
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
