Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert financial services and support to ensure their financial operations run smoothly.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, mentoring and developing their skills to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the general ledger, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Assist clients in transitioning to automated cloud software systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- 4+ years of experience in management accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with cloud-based accounting software.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
