As a Lead Veterinarian, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our Blacktown clinic, providing exceptional care to our patients, and mentoring our associate veterinarians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
- Provide expert veterinary care, including routine and complex surgeries, general and preventative treatment, consultations, diagnostics, and pathology.
- Mentor and support our associate veterinarians, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with our experienced nurse team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices, sharing your knowledge with the team.
