Our Customer Service Team is seeking a vibrant and dynamic individual to join our team as a key member of our food service staff.

Job Description:

As a customer service attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the team to provide an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including burgers, loaded fries, pizzas, and hotdogs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain floor cleanliness, including table clearing, glassware, and plate collection.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions through the register and handle cash duties.
  • General Duties: Participate in general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience cooking in a fast food environment is desirable.
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • High standard of personal grooming and strong attention to detail are required.
  • RSA and RCG certificates are necessary.
