About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-time Fast Food Attendant to join our team at Oreo Greek Eatery Pty Ltd in Moorebank NSW 2170. As a Fast Food Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our fast-paced Take-away.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages according to customer orders
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning work surfaces
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or complaints
  • Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
  • Availability to work a Thursday, Friday & Saturday including evenings

  • Current Food Safety Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 4 weeks)

  • Must have full working rights in Australia

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg when require
  • Fluency in Greek is an advantage, given our Greek-speaking clientele
