About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast-paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products
  • Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
  • Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
  • General housekeeping and store tidyness
Requirements:
  • Prior retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador
  • Team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
  • Growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment
  • Loves product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn
