Role Overview

The Senior Trust Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the financial reporting of our Funds, including preparing financial statements, unit pricing, tax reporting, and managing complex treasury accounting matters.

  • Assisting with preparation of annual and half-yearly financial statements and disclosures
  • Reviewing quarterly taxable income statements and annual tax returns
  • Preparing quarterly distribution calculations
  • Drafting accounting treatment memos and liaising with external auditors
  • Producing periodic debt covenant compliance certificates
  • Managing hedge accounting relationships, including effectiveness testing
  • Overseeing internal controls around treasury, including debt drawdowns, rate sets, and confirmations
  • Supporting special projects and ad hoc reporting
Key Requirements

A CA or CPA qualified professional with relevant experience in professional services, treasury, financial services, or real estate funds management is required.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly in relation to treasury
  • Experience in accounting for treasury instruments such as borrowings, derivatives, and foreign exchange
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with SAP, HFM, or treasury management systems such as GTreasury
