Job Description:

As a key member of the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team, your primary focus will be to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and foster strategic relationships with our vendor partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance product selection, merchandising, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate business risks through data analysis and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with vendors, focusing on revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing expert advice and support to drive their success on Amazon.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and operations, to achieve common goals and optimize vendor engagement.
