Join Woolworths, a leading retailer in Australia, as a Trolley Collection Specialist at our Emu Plains store. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that ensures trolleys are available for customers and stores are well-maintained.

About the Role

This is a part-time or casual opportunity that allows you to suit your lifestyle while working across Monday-Sunday shifts starting from 6am or 4pm. As a Trolley Collection Specialist, you will collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle, ensuring they are returned to their designated bays.

  • You will operate our trolley collection vehicles after completing full training and undergoing an assessment.
  • Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs.
  • Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle.
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays.
  • Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle.
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection.
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys.
  • You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks.

We're looking for individuals who hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence, Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates) or full International Licence, with physical fitness essential for this role. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.

The estimated salary for this role is $25-30 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within the company.
