Key Support Position

This opportunity is focused on providing vital support to our Children, Youth and Families team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. You will also have strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide administrative support including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation
- Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing and financial documentation
- Maintain and secure office files and records
- Support scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems
- Provide information and assistance to clients and stakeholders with a high level of professionalism
- Work collaboratively to support culturally inclusive practices, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families and communities
- Certificate III in Business (or equivalent)
- Minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial or clerical roles
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to obtain (or hold) a National Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card, and LCS Check (where required)
You can package up to $18,549 p.a. of your taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to $15,900 p.a. on everyday expenses plus up to $2,649 p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits.
