Your Key Responsibilities
  • Employ a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local employers to create sustainable employment opportunities for participants.
  • Enhance employability through referrals to support services and training programmes.
  • Provide in-employment support to sustain employment and ensure participant success.
  • Market participants' skills to prospective employers, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Achieve programme performance and quality benchmarks, driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Promote services within the local community, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
