Job Description

This part-time vacancy is available for 0.5 of a full-time position, equivalent to 18 hours and 30 minutes per week.

As the key contact for all aspects of sport competition and operations, you will oversee the organization and delivery of events, contribute to marketing efforts, support recognition initiatives, and ensure competitions run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

You'll also provide assistance with day-to-day office operations and provide frontline event support, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and the Games workforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in event, venue, sports or project management across diverse portfolios, with sound knowledge of local area marketing.
  • Ability to work within a team while managing individual workload, with proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with experience working with the public.
  • High-level administration skills, with the ability to adapt to new software programs.
  • Current valid NT drivers' licence, and first aid certificate or ability to obtain.
