
Administrative Support Specialist

Admin and Human Resources professional sought for a progressive organisation in Alice Springs. This role involves coordination and support to ensure governance and management accountabilities are met under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will provide high-level secretariat support to Congress and Remote Health Boards, exercising discretion when dealing with sensitive information and managing stakeholders with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- Diploma or tertiary qualifications in business, management, policy, administration, company secretarial, legal administration, project or program management, or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft suite and video conferencing software.
- Experience providing support to high-level planning committees with well-developed minute-taking skills in formal meeting environments.
This role requires organisational awareness of the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services sector and a valid NT driver's license, with willingness to travel and work from remote locations.
