We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to excel in our retail-focused sales team. As the primary point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play a crucial role in introducing them to business-critical SaaS tools that address retail challenges.

The Opportunity
  • Pursue high-value opportunities by prospecting into the retail sector, generating and qualifying leads for our Account Executive team.
  • Drive high-volume outbound cold calls and emails to owners, operators, and decision makers in retail businesses.
  • Initiate the sales process by educating prospects on how our solution can help retailers address key pain points (e.g., customer reviews, missed messages, SMS marketing).
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified demos, pipeline creation, and opportunity generation.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule product demos and ensure a seamless handoff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong interest in engaging with small and medium-sized retail business owners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You're confident, persuasive, and personable.
  • A driven, self-motivated attitude with the resilience to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPIs in previous roles.
  • Experience in retail or technology sales, with a passion for helping similar businesses grow.
