Job Description

The Local Government Lead is responsible for delivering the Thriving Tennis Communities framework at a council level.

  • Collaborate with councils and key tennis networks to develop positive relationships within the region.
  • Identify current and future trends for tennis within and across councils.
  • Work with councils to maximise funding, facility improvement, and program support opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reviews and realign plans with councils to ensure progress of TTC objectives in the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Sports Management Degree or demonstrated experience relative to the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong report writing, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • High computer literacy with Microsoft suite and database management.
