Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Operations Team.

This is a key technical role within the team that genuinely cares and values its people.

  • The position is full-time, based in Canberra.

You will work with us to provide solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, training, and testing.

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software installation, configuration, and support in customer environments for use in tests, training, exercises, and actual operations.
  • Set up and test integrations between software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
  • Design, implement, and support technical solutions.
  • E nsure alignment, effective communication, and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver technical training of administrators and users.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and to end-users.
  • Keep up-to-date with software product roadmaps to maximise value for customers.
  • Support project delivery within agreed scope and on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant discipline.

Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms such as Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, XMPP chat.

Experience in deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments.

Knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks, and ITIL (desirable).

NV1 Security Clearance

To work within our Defence business unit, you must hold (or be able to obtain) and maintain a Defence NV1 security clearance.
