Job Overview

Senior Consultant – FranklinCovey: 4 Disciplines of Execution

This is an on-call consultant position for a world-class consultant who enjoys helping executives/senior leaders execute their organizations' strategy.

  • Partner with clients to build leaders, teams, and cultures that get breakthrough results through collective action.
  • Deliver the FranklinCovey 4DX solution to enable large-scale collective behavior transformation and achieve business results.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to assess their needs.
  • Recommending strategy execution and training solutions.
  • Delivering engaging single and multi-day work sessions in both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to support business development initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years professional consulting experience and expertise with C-Suite.
  • Five years professional business experience at mid to senior level managerial and leadership experience preferred.
  • A high degree of business acumen and ability to understand client's business and needs.
  • Strong character aligned to FranklinCovey values.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling, polished buyer presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.
  • A well-developed pattern of achievement, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in this role.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience delivering FranklinCovey's 4DX content.
