At Allianz Popular SL, we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. As a Comms and Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of our brand and communications strategies.

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate initiatives and provide guidance to the wider project team as a subject matter expert on brand and communications. This will involve partnering with stakeholders to understand project objectives and coordinating the brand and communications business change.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consult to gather business requirements and assess viability of potential solutions to meet project needs.
  • Identify opportunities to align project solutions to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks affecting delivery of project strategies and if necessary, deploy contingencies to ensure on time and quality completion.
  • Identify dependencies and work with stakeholders to ensure plans can be carried out effectively and dependencies are resolved.

About You:

  • Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering initiatives within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
  • Contemporary knowledge of brand and communications including brand guidelines.
  • Contemporary knowledge of project governance and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to comfortably move between strategy and operational execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
