This Senior Property Claims Consultant role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to manage a portfolio of complex commercial property claims end to end. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional claims outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of complex commercial property claims end to end
- Driving claims outcomes through guided conversations with external parties
- Working with clients experiencing business interruption
- Complying with legislation such as the Insurance Code of Practice and other relevant legislation/regulations and policy requirements
- Resolving complaints in accordance with company guidelines
- Identifying potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a high level of experience and strong technical knowledge in managing complex commercial property and business interruption claims portfolios. You should have strong stakeholder engagement skills, coaching and mentoring experience, well-rounded communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive claims outcomes.
Self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills are essential for this role. ANZIIF qualifications are desirable, and Australian Citizenship is required.
