Senior Planner Position

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Planner to join our Infrastructure division. This is a key role that will involve developing project-specific Basis of Scheduling documents, maintaining relationships between estimating and cost control groups, and leading projects from a planning perspective. The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline, and a high level of experience in using P6, MS Project, and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects
- Lead projects from a planning perspective, including infrastructure and water projects
- Maintain relationships between estimating and cost control groups
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline
- High level of experience in using P6, MS Project, and Excel
- At least 5 years' experience in tendering and delivering multidisciplinary projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to schedule work priorities to strictly adhere to deadlines
- Demonstrate contractual and commercial awareness
