We are seeking a compassionate and client-centred professional to deliver social engagement, mentoring, transportation, and supervision to young people in need. Your pivotal role will be to provide support within a trauma-informed framework, implementing clinically guided plans and working closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers, and clinical staff to create a safe and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to young people in our care
  • Implement evidence-based practices and therapies to promote healing and independence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and community organisations

Requirements
  • A Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification
  • Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
